Can I use my Microsoft Xbox Live Vision camera as a webcam ago my Mac?
i plug it in and nothing happens … Can I get a driver or something I'm trying To use it with Skype or Yahoo Messenger, but nothing happened, I know there is a way to use it I do not know is how? HELP! Links! PLEASE! I thank you!
What version of Mac OS X have you? You need at least 10.4.9. If you have Tiger but was never updated, run the Software Update From the Apple menu. Update to 10.4.11 will be free. You may have to run it a few times. If you get your Mac in the last few years, then you should not Have problem. But then again, if you have a Mac at least a few years ago other than a Mac Pro or Mac Mini, it has a webcam built in, if you have a Mac, still five years, you could Panther, which may require some hack or driver to have to work it. Anyhoo, assuming you have the correct version of Mac OS X, You should select which camera you want, what program you want to, for example, the use in Photo Booth, you must click the Camera menu and select the Live Vision.
