Underwater Scuba
Is there anything I can do to keep themselves warm water while preparing my open water dives?
I do my open water dives at the moment and the water is ice cold, I'm already in a full suit with hood and on my second dive, I even wore a second layer. This is simply not help, and I'm unable to freeze to death while we do our work under water. Also I feel like my muscles cramp while I was down there also because the cold. Is there something that I in advance before tomorrow, keep warm, before I go down there? IE nothing I can eat or something similar? I have only two more dives, but they are really hard on me. I am a very thin man.
Try a dry suit, you can rent sports chalet. Big difference!
