Shots Digital

What is a good mid-range digital camera for landscape photography at night?
I am looking for quality digital camera for around $ 500AUD reasonable claim that the scenic pictures in low light conditions and at night. I'm shooting night cityscapes, sunsets / sunrises interested in, etc. Finally, I know it would be best to buy a DSLR, but I'm just starting and do not have to spend too much money on my hobby until I really with him. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks.
Unfortunately, the camera Beanie has mentioned, noise monster, your will be hard pressed Looking for one in this price range that is good in low light. Your best bet is to a camera, you can invest the bridge until you can afford better suitable tool. I hate to recommend a film camera, but if you shoot in low light and on a budget, so the way to go. The truth of the matter is film-camera You better be a photographer because they teach you how to shoot, and not every pixel is free as digital stuff. The mechanics are almost the same, you need to the same problems as much digital, but with the processing of the film, he assured that you learn not to waste your time. I myself own camera, which cost tens of thousands of dollars, and I will have to deal with conditions that are difficult. If you buy a budget camera, these issues are much worse and you could in the end situations that your work completely making it unusable. Fortunately, film has been a very long while and in many ways, the digital beaten. For starters, the cameras in your home can handle low light very well and the learning part is worth a lot. I also understand that most people only shoot digital, and in this respect they are right to simpler development cost is quite cheap. But when purchasing photographic equipment, you basically buy something for life. Camera bodies come and go, this is not the Priority is the lens though. If you shoot for a while film, you can save your money for a quality camera, hold the lenses for the good and you'll be better off my mile. If you buy a cheap DSLR, you'll grow even instead of hate. Not to mention the massive noise, you will meet with the budget models. I am a professional and my advice comes from the heart. Do not waste your money on something that you only bring sadness.
