Pen-Dot license point system.?
In February 2008 I spent a retired state policeman on his way to his personal car to work. He decided that when he has to work, he would not be a nice person and write me for passing in a no passing zone, since I have no past Passing zone "2 feet" (that's what he was before the court) also said when I tried to fight it in court and the judge he took of the page. And I got 3 points on my driver's license. My question is, those points are gone finally arrived, it was over a year ago and I had no points or cards since. (never in my Life) I do not want to pay the $ 10 on the pen dot to find out, take my driver. * Pen-Dot is in Pennsylvania, this is the only thing I ever in the to go past 6 years. The court date I believe was the first week of March.
Yes, they should be gone from your record. They would have used the Traffic court date, though.
