Kyocera Finecam S3R camera problem?

I have a Kyocera Finecam S3R camera, I do not know what it is happening. If ever a switch on the camera makes getting sound but the screen flashes, and switching devices only and not open the lens focus and the camera just switches off. you could help me, please with this problem.
