Is there a compact digital camera with the quality of the SLR?
SLR cameras always seem to make everyone look so much better than point and shoot. Are it is a Point & Shoot size camera that can produce the same quality as an SLR camera? Extra points if anyone one that has the dual-LCDs can be found at: large one in the back and small in the front for self portraits. Thanks in advanced.
There's really no easy way to answer this question. It really depends on the person who supplied the photos. The camera is a tool, where the artist is photogenic. After all, if I need a wrench and impact wrench stuck in his hand that will not make you a star mechanic. If it's a professional Fotogr then chances are, you can get quality pics of a P & S camera. I know I have with my S5 IS, but this has put a lot of manual override settings, AV-Priority mode, Tv mode, Priority and Full Manual. The camera is a Tool, where the Fotogr is the artist. After all, if I put a wrench and impact wrench in his hand that will not make you a star mechanic. The lens was quite clear, and the CMOS sensor was decent, as it allows for a high degree of light sensitivity and up to 1600ISO could. (Never used that as high as it's just a good way, according to photos, and when I'm shooting with B & W, not only in the work with colors!) It has been replaced since the SX30 IS camera, which is a leading Company in my opinion, because she has to find all the nice features that you would be for. High-quality CMOS sensor, DIGIC IV processor, manual override controls, hot shoe Hot shoe, and up to 15 sec exposure time to a few things to mention. But at $ 400 +, you get gradually in the field of SLR cameras. Finally, one could A Sony Alpha A500 for about $ 400. The only thing is you usually get a 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. Good lens, equiv. to a 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 lens mounted on a 35mm film. So a decent wide angle, but the zoom is only about 3.5-fold, where the SX30 IS will be a total length of about 30x zoom, equiv. a 800mm telephoto lens. So the call is important, you want the ability to use interchangeable lenses, the need to meet different needs for different shoots, or you want a single lens camera? The DSLR have advantages of being able to quickly change ISO settings, shutter speeds and aperture values, but in a position to Shutter is open as long as it needs to be opened, or as soon as 1/8000s. The P & S camera will probably be a maximum of up to 15 seconds exposure time, several keys to the ISO / aperture / shutter speed change, and you do not receive the "BULB" feature. But at the same time the S & P has a single, one-off Expenses, the purchase of camera and lens all in one shot. You get what you get, and not have to spend a cent more. If you make use of Camera you are with us, and it feels right in your hands, then I would suggest you purchase the item, regardless of brand / model. Nikon, Sony, Panasonic / Lumix, Canon, Pentax, Olympus, Samsung, Fujifilm, Kodak all decent cameras, and make all the crap cameras. The best end of the scale are the Canon / Nikon / Pentax / Sony DSLR cameras, at least in the 35-mm format, where as in P & S cameras, it's basically your call. Always make a purchase on an unbiased opinion, such as personal Preferences, budget, and if the item that you purchase your specific goals / requirements without compromise. Cheers!
