No, The TWIN IS kit lens is the best start. Yes, it's two lenses, but there are other things like image stabilization and a better image quality (just as little, but it's there) and so on. Even this is only a 28-80mm and 75-300mm. Meh. The Twin Lens Kit 18-55mm and 55-250mm. Wide-angle to telephoto. Wide. Wide. Wide. The 28 always still is, of course, but not so much. And a lot of questions, as opposed to between 50mm-250mm and 300mm. It's true. The "wide angle" is not really a wide-angle lens, it is a converter. As with the telephoto range. I would wager that the kits are not multicoated, so that your images are full of flares and ghosting. On the other side of the backpack seems good. Sucks I bet the tripod, and is probably a bargain. This package would be good if: – the lenses were the two IS lenses – the Filters are multicoated – the tripod was a Gitzo, Manfrotto, Velbon or Slik, at least – they did not try with the processors that are not surprising, preferably Jester, who could knapsack Lowepro, but … Well, it's up to you. I mean, you can sell, you do not want.
